Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the work must be unhung and undamaged, and returned in its original packaging together with its certificate of authenticity. Please keep the packaging until you are certain you are keeping the piece.

To start a return, email contact@joannaaccordi.art. We will send instructions and confirm the return address before you post anything — works sent back without an approved return cannot be accepted. Returns are received in Australia.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your work on arrival and photograph any damage to the outer packaging before unwrapping. If a piece arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with photographs. A work damaged in transit is replaced carrying the same edition number, so the size of the edition is never affected.

European Union — 14 day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The work must be in the condition in which you received it, with its certificate and original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it.

Import duties or taxes already paid to your local customs authority are not refundable by us — you may be able to reclaim them directly from that authority.

Commissions

Commissioned works and pieces produced at non-standard sizes are made specifically for you and are not returnable, except where they arrive damaged or differ from what was agreed.
