Where works ship from
Every work is made, signed and dispatched from Australia. We ship worldwide.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the work and its destination. For the 120 × 120 cm size, or for remote destinations, please email for a quote before ordering.
Production and dispatch
Each work is produced, signed, numbered and certificated before it is dispatched, so orders are not shipped immediately. We confirm an estimated dispatch date with your order confirmation.
Packaging
Works ship in rigid, corner-protected packaging built for aluminium and glass panels. Please keep the packaging until you are certain you are keeping the piece — you will need it for any return.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your work is dispatched.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders are dispatched from Australia. Duties, import taxes or VAT may be charged by your local customs authority on arrival, and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by the destination country, not by us. If you are ordering into the EU or the UK and would like an estimate before you buy, email us and we will help.
Damage or loss in transit
Photograph any damage to the outer packaging before unwrapping, and email contact@joannaaccordi.art within 14 days. A work damaged in transit is replaced carrying the same edition number, so the size of the edition is never affected.
